The structure I visited 10 years ago is a hotel in a wonderful location. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. The location cannot be better. We arrive at the hotel by boat and were picked up directly there on departure. The room exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful base for a stay in Venice.
We booked for the location, but everything else in the hotel was great. Lovely staff, hearty breakfast, beautiful room overlooking the Grand Canal, close to so much but also away from the big crowd. It was perfect.

Defining it as superlative is an understatement!
Wonderful location with a fabulous view. Friendly and always available staff. Spacious, clean, quiet and well furnished rooms.
Definitely to go back, I recommend it to everyone.
