The amount of the above fee is Euro 3,00 per person per night, for a maximum of a 5 nights stay, children till 10 years excluded, till 16 years at 50%. On the low season the stay tax is reduced of 30%.

The rooms are furnished in the typical venitian style, and are unique. They have beautiful views out over the canal or our well-maintained gardens. Each room is equipped with a private bath, hair-dryer, satellite TV, refrigerator-bar, air conditioning, and complimentary toiletries.
In order to meet every need, we offer two types of rooms: double or superior double. The Junior Suite is composed of one bedroom and a sitting room that on request can be converted into a bedroom.
A full buffet breakfast is served with cereals, season's fruit, cheese and yougurt, to start for a perfect day, during the summer season it is served in our front garden.
